I have always loved everything about beauty, hair and makeup. I fell in love with this Industry because I love to build relationships and connect with my clients. we GET to make people feel good for a living. We help change the direction of their day. I love to empower women to reach for more. To constantly encourage learning, growth and to guide them to a successful career while taking care of their mindset and giving themselves the love they deserve.
ASHLEIGH ANTHONY
Eyelash Specialist
I attended cosmetology school in 2008 at New England Center for Cosmetology in North Hampton. In 2016 I decided to expand my career and seek training in eyelash extensions. I am now Certified with Barboleta. Lashes are my passion. I love meeting new people and building relationships with my clients. Whether you’re looking for some insight on the latest beauty trends or simply want to learn more about lash services, spend an hour with me and learn about what would suit you best.
CHELSEA HILL
I love making people feel beautiful and confident. It is the most rewarding part of my job. I am passionate about what I do and I'm always keeping up with the latest trends. I am very patient and I love to listen. When I am not on instagram watching 1,000 hair and makeup videos, I am spending time with my family and my two adorable pugs.

NICKI VAUGHN
I have been in the hair industry for over 20 years. I specialize in color, cutting, manicures, pedicures, lash lift and tint and eyelash extensions. I love to cater to my guest and make them feel relaxed while they are in my chair. I am always looking to educate myself in this ever changing industry. When I am not at the salon I love spending time with my two amazing Boys.
SHELBY BATOR
I have been a stylist in the industry for 8 years. I have continued my education at the Redken symposium and certified with Masters Of Balayage. I specialize in balayage, foiling, teasy lights and color melting. I absolutely crave education and love to pass along everything I learn to my fellow stylists. It inspires me every day to watch and see everyone around me love what they do just as much as I do! I love spending time with my clients and making them feel beautiful. One thing you might find out about me is I love to sing in the back room when no one is listening. Making people laugh is a joy to me. When I am not behind my chair I enjoy spending time with my husband and our dog Tucker and also spending time with my family and friends. Stop in and say hello! I can't wait to meet you.
KURI WHITEHILL
I have been a hair stylist for 8 amazing years. I graduated cosmetology from Mildred Elley in 2011. I specialize in Bridal hair, balayage, custom coloring, hair cutting, manicures, and pedicures. I love being inspired by all forms of education. I have attended numerous Redken classes including the Redken Symposium in Las Vegas and classes from Salt Society. I love what I do and making people feel how truly beautiful they are inside and out. Here at Four One Three Salon I want to make your experience one you will never forget. When I’m not behind my chair I’m busy with my two beautiful children Phalyn and Savannah who make my world go round. We love the outdoors and camping on the beach. I can’t wait to meet you!
ERICA FILIAULT
Hello beauties, my name is Erica and I’ve been a stylist in the Berkshires for eight years now! Recently I had the honor of joining the Four One Three Salon in August of 2021, and I couldn’t be happier! Throughout the years my passion for this industry has grown immensely, and by continuing my education I am able to provide my services with confidence. I’m fondest of golden and natural toned colors, while specializing in unique and blended foil placements. I also love doing men, women, and kids haircuts. In addition to catering to a wide range clientele, I enjoy wedding styling too! Most importantly, my goal is to make everyone feel comfortable and relaxed during our time together. Communication and trust are fundamental to achieving the best results!
JAYNA VANFLEET
I joined the Four One Three Salon team in December 2021. I have worked as a stylist in Berkshire County for 8+ years. My goal is to make people feel comfortable and relaxed in my chair, while achieving the looks of their dreams. Continuing education fuels my passion for hairstyling. When I’m not busy making people feel beautiful, you can find me hiking the woods and enjoying the outdoors. I love taking adventurous vacations with friends to the mountains or the beaches.

New Talent Artist/ Front Desk Coordinator
I have always felt that I was drawn to this industry for a reason; to contribute as well as make a change in the beauty community and our small town one head at a time. I am dedicated to my career as well as every person who trusts me with their hair and/or makeup. I am a cosmetology graduate of Paul Mitchell the School in Schenectady, New York, as well as certified makeup artist through Ultimate Face Academy. I love hair and makeup equally, as well as searching for more licenses and certifications to add to my skill set. I am influenced by social media and modern trends appearing on multiple platforms. I have a keen eye for identifying a style, adopting it, and adding my own as well as my clients personal twist. I am passionate in furthering my education, as well as refreshing and refining my skills constantly. I am pleased to begin my journey fresh out of school with the opportunity to be apart of Four One Three Salon.
KAREN ANDERSON
I’ve been with four One three salon for three years. I am a front and coordinator. When I’m not working , I enjoy being with my family my husband Jay, my son Collin and my daughter Shea.
ALISHA HASSAN
I recently graduated from the amazing Nail Technician program at Aesthetic Science Institute in Latham, NY. As far back as I can remember I have always had an interest in nails, wether It be doing my own, family or friends. The nail industry is forever changing and growing. I love learning new techniques and enjoy a good challenge! I take pride in pampering and caring for my clients.
When I’m not behind the chair you will probably find me baking, crafting, or enjoying the outdoors! Spending time with my family and friends is most important to me, and being the best auntie to the sweetest nephew!
I couldn’t ask to have joined a better tribe, FourOneThree is where I truly feel I belong! I’m so excited to see where this journey is going to lead me and can’t wait to get to know all of you!
